Accounts Receivable
The Sage MAS 90 and Sage MAS 200 Accounts Receivable module tracks receivables, plans cash flow, and provides extensive reporting features. Prepare invoices and billing from within Sage MAS 90 or Sage MAS 200 and create customer statements on demand. You must have the Accounts Receivable module to use Remote Salesperson PDA. Remote Salesperson PDA enables your remote staff to update customer information downloaded to the PDA from the Accounts Receivable module. The updated information can then be downloaded from the PDA and approved in Sage MAS 90 or Sage MAS 200. The updated information will then be available in Accounts Receivable.
Inventory Management
Sage MAS 90 and Sage MAS 200 Inventory Management provides receipt of goods data, the movement of goods within or between locations, the sale, removal of goods, and the precise valuation and status of goods remaining in inventory at any point in time. It is highly recommended that you have the Inventory Management module to use Remote Salesperson PDA. Remote Salesperson PDA enables your remote staff to view the availability of product items for sales orders and quotes. You can also set up a pricing structure that includes special pricing for sales or promotions, quantity price breaks, pricing levels for different customer types, or even contract pricing on designated items for specific customers. New orders can be downloaded from the PDA and approved in Sage MAS 90 or Sage MAS 200. Any inventory quantities listed in the sales orders will be updated in Inventory Management.
Sales Order
With the Sage MAS 90 and Sage MAS 200 Sales Order module, you’ll know the availability of specific units in inventory, or alternate items if an item is out of stock, specific customer pricing, customer credits, and much more, while entering orders. You must have the Sales Order module to use Remote Salesperson PDA. Remote Salesperson PDA enables your remote staff to create sales orders and quotes. Prices are calculated based on the item pricing and customer price levels established in the Inventory Management module. The new orders and quotes can then be downloaded from the PDA and approved in Sage MAS 90 or Sage MAS 200. Any new sales orders and quotes will be added to Sales Order.
